What we collect to run GreenMind, why, and the choices you have. We don’t sell data and we never store card numbers.
1. What we collect
- Account details: names, work email addresses, roles and hashed passwords for people who use the dashboard.
- Sales enquiries: what you send in a demo request — name, company, email, phone, number of stores and your message.
- Store data: store names and addresses, screen settings, uploaded media, and an audit log of changes.
- Connected data: if you connect Dutchie, we read guest check-in names, inventory, prices and discounts to show on your screens.
- Device data: technical information from player boxes such as model, app version, connection status and on-request screenshots.
- Billing records: plans, amounts, dates and payment references. We do not store card or bank account numbers.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, show your content on your screens, alert you when a screen goes offline, respond to support requests, send service and billing emails, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customers’ data to market to them.
3. Your guests
Queue boards display shortened names (for example, “Devon S.”). Guest data from connected systems is cached only as long as needed to keep boards current. You are the business responsible for your guests’ data; we process it on your behalf.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. Customer Content is deleted after the export window described in the Service Agreement.
6. Security
Credentials for connected systems are encrypted at rest, access is limited by role and checked on our servers, and changes are logged. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.
7. Your choices
You can update account details in the dashboard and ask us, through the support inbox, to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you.
8. Changes to this notice
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify account owners by email.
